Founded in 2005 Journey to Mosaic is a non-profit Cultural Immersion coalition that invites individuals to explore the issues within their community and actively engage in finding sustainable solutions.Through immersive experiences, dialogue, and collaboration, we aim to bridge cultural divides, promote inclusivity, and empower individuals to become catalysts for positive social transformation.We believe that by embracing the richness of diversity, understanding different perspectives, and actively participating in creating solutions, we can build stronger, more resilient communities. Our programs and initiatives are designed to cultivate empathy, promote dialogue, and inspire collective action, fostering a sense of belonging and unity among individuals from all walks of life.By immersing participants in diverse communities, listening to personal stories, and engaging in open dialogue, we strive to provide a deeper understanding of the impact of racism on marginalized groups.
