The main objective of J2M XP is to challenge preconceived notions, stereotypes, and unconscious biases by fostering meaningful interactions and promoting dialogue between people of different racial, economic, and ethnic backgrounds. Participants have opportunities to hear personal stories, share experiences, and engage in open and honest conversations about race, privilege, and systemic inequalities.
