Journey to Mosaic was founded in 2006, by pastor, leader, and racial justice advocate Rev. Greg Yee. J2M is a non-profit Cultural Immersion coalition that invites individuals to explore the issues within their community and actively engage in finding sustainable solutions. Through immersive experiences, dialogue, and collaboration, we aim to bridge cultural divides, promote inclusivity, and empower individuals to become catalysts for positive social transformation.We believe that by embracing the richness of diversity, understanding different perspectives, and actively participating in creating solutions, we can build stronger, more resilient communities. The J2M XP is an intentional journey
that invites individuals to actively engage with different cultures and communities, with a specific focus on addressing racial biases and prejudices.
Participants have opportunities to hear personal stories, share experiences, and engage in open and honest conversations about race, privilege, and systemic inequalities.
